WEATHER: The S.S. Dragonfly is prepared with means of escaping shifting weather with windows and a heater.

The S.S Hydrofly is partially open to the elements, so please dress accordingly to the weather as our captain will be prepared to take you on the tour.

Cancellations due to weather are decided by the experienced Captain not the passengers.

PARKING: Parking is located on the Keweenaw waters resort campsite near the docks past the store

RESTROOMS: Public restrooms are available at the resort store or campground. There are no restrooms aboard the vessels, if needed there are restrooms near the S. and N. lighthouse for a very quick stop

PETS: Well behaved pets are welcome, but must stay off of seats and other passengers. There's no additional fee for bringing a pet.

TOURS: Are subject to change upon the weather and discretion of the captain, example if you choose the 2 hour North entry and sandstone cliff tour and the captain deems this is unsafe due to the weather the tour can be alternated to the south entry tour for EVERYONE'S SAFETY as this is our number one goal.

BOOKING: Booking will be through Keweenaw waters resort.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are at the sole discretion of the Captain. Full refunds are available for any cancellations due to weather, scheduling, emergency. The Captain will contact you prior to the cruise to provide updates on the status of the ride.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations for ANY reason submitted in writing via email within 48-hours (2 days) prior to ride are available for a full refund. Cancellations made after 48-hours prior to tour will not receive a refund, as seating is very limited and filling empty seats is highly unlikely. Individuals who no-show or are late for departure are not eligible for refunds.
